About this workshop:
Cover the basics of preparing your business for wholesale and landing your first wholesale account:
- Pricing your products for wholesale
- Defining a catalog versus a linesheet
- Wholesale lingo you should know
- Sales strategies when approaching wholesale buyers including how to create a pitch
- Understanding how to create a linesheet
You will be given a packet full of sample linesheets and catalogs to reference when developing your own materials.
Prerequisites & Preparation:
Something to take notes and questions pertaining to your business.
About Caitlin Abshier:
Caitlin Abshier is a graduate from Kennesaw State University where she studied entrepreneurship and business management. During college, Caitlin sold her soaps and other crafts at local markets, creating a demand for her locally made + natural products. After her graduation in 2014, she gave herself one year of hustle for Revive to see if she could create a sustainable business. After one year, she hired her first employee and launched a second line of products called Luxe Apothecary. Revive Bath + Body and Luxe Apothecary products are now sold in over 1000+ store locations, including Hobby Lobby, Express, and West Elm. Caitlin brings years of experience in wholesale, branding, business startups, and sales with a focus in consumer products.
